Natural Wayz, LLC Refund Policy

Regarding any product purchases made directly from Natural Wayz, LLC and not from an Affiliates' site, see the following refund or exchange policy:  We offer a refund with the first fifteen days of your purchase.  If fifteen day have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  The item must be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof purchase.  Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges  (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange the item for the same item, send us an email at naturalwayz334@gmail.com, and send your item to Natural Wayz, LLC, PO Box 230136, Montgomery, AL  36123.
